Confirmation of Abu al-Fath Khan and Fatimah Khanum's settlement with ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, 1897
Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Riza Khan, the royal steward and son of ‘Isa Khan, states, based on a separate document, that Abu al-Fath Khan (the Brigadier) and his mother, Fatimah Khanum, have sold, on his behalf, two-sixths of the village of Kavan Rud and a garden and two-sixths of a mill in the same village to Haji ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, the merchant from Ganjah, for seven thousand tumans.

Copy of a settlement between Ghulam Husayn, son of Lutfʻali Khan Sartip and husband of the late Shah Baygum, and Muhammad Khan Hishmat Nizam, father of the late Shah Baygum, over one-twelfth of Balavar village near Khuy, which he inherited from his wife, as well as one thousand tumans of the mahr and its interest, in exchange for five hundred tumans and the condition that Muhammad Khan waives his claim to the late Shah Baygum's dowry items.

Deed regarding Mahrukh Sultan and Mirza Hasan ‘Ali's debt to Karbalayi Mahmud, 1915
Deed certifying that Mirza Hasan ‘Ali, son of the late Mirza Muhammad Husayn from Shiraz, and Mahrukh Sultan, permanent wife of the late Mirza Muhammad Husayn (and daughter of the late Haji Mirza Muhammad Javad from Shiraz), owe fifty tumans to Karbalayi Mahmud Dukhtah-duz [the tailor/dressmaker], son of the late Muhammad Isma‘il from Shiraz. First, they agreed that the debt should be paid in three years, but then they settled it for one hundred dinars and one charik [unit of weight] of hard sugar.

Determining the shares of Muhammad'uf brothers and their nephew
In three copies: four Muhammad'uf brothers, Haj Baba, the late Haj ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, the late Aqa ‘Ali Asghar, and the late Aqa Mashhadi Najaf, jointly owned the real estate business covering properties in Azarbayjan and Islambul [Istanbul]. Dividing inheritance, 1924
Dividing the inheritance of Shah Rustam Bayg. The document lists Shah Rustam Bayg's inheritors, their descendents, and their inheritors. The inheritance consists of some properties in ‘Ishrat Abad, Qulhak, Shimiran that are being divided in the presence of some of the inheritors, some of whom also represent the absentees. According to this document, for up to fifty years after the agreement, the claims of whoever makes a claim against someone else will be voided and they will need to pay five hundred tumans to the others.

Dividing the inheritance of Mirza Abu al-Hasan Khan Mushir al-Mulk, 1885
This settlement divides the inheritance of Haji Mirza Abu al-Hasan Khan Mushir al-Mulk between his two daughters: Hajiyah Bibi Agha and Agha Baygum Sultan al-Hajiyah. Hajiyah Bibi Agha transfers her inheritance to her husband, Mirza Muhammad Muʻaddil al-Mulk. Haj Mirza Muhammad Khan Mustawfi, who has his wife, Agha Baygum Sultan al-Hajiyah's, power of attorney, transfers all his wife's properties, with all their interest, to Mirza Muhammad Jaʻfar Mirza Aqa for 25 years.

Dividing the inheritance of Sa‘id al-Mulk's daughters, 1874
Sa‘id al-Mulk's landed properties are divided among his three daughters, who have inherited them. Husaynquli Khan and Mirza Salih Khan represent their wives (Sa‘id al-Mulk's daughters) and Shahzadah Khanum represents Nusrat al-Dawlah, who is the guardian of the underage Zinat Taj Khanum. The document lists the properties and shares of each party; part of the shared property remained undivided for everyone's benefit.
